We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at support@example.com. If your order hasn’t entered the fulfillment stage yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes to items, quantities, or shipping details. Once an order has shipped, modifications are no longer possible, but you can initiate a return once it arrives.
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select “Request a Return” next to the item. You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Absolutely. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, you can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Visit your order history, select “Request an Exchange,” and choose your preferred variation. If the item you want is in stock, we’ll ship it as soon as we receive your original item. If the replacement has a price difference, we’ll charge or refund the difference accordingly.
